Our parks are some of the most beautiful and friendly located in warm South Texas. Averaging 74 degrees in the winter months, you can easily understand why The Rio Grande Valley is so attractive to our northern RV friends.

There is so much more than the wonderful temperatures that attracts so many Winter Texans. First place that most visitors head for is Nuevo Progresso, Mexico, A small tourist town just across the border from Weslaco. Visitors can find great buys on almost everything.

Another wonderful winter get away is South Padre Island. Imagine watching the sunset with a Margarita while your northern friends are shoveling snow!
